Description

TIPELIN 6300 B is a high density polyethylene intended for blow moulding of products with high stiffness and very good environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR).

Applications

TIPELIN 6300 B is recommended for household and industrial chemicals such as detergents, cleaners, motor oils etc. TIPELIN 6300 B is recom-mended for bottles and containers up to 10 litres. TIPELIN 6300 B is suitable for food contact. The product complies to Food Contact Regulations.

Processing

TIPELIN 6300 B is easy to extrude and can be used in all conventional blow-moulding machines. Recommended processing temperature 170-200 C .

Temperature

Barrel: 170-190 C
Die: 175-190 C

Storage and Handling

TIPELIN 6300 B should be stored in dry conditions at temperatures below +50 C and protected from UV light. Improper storage can initiate degradation, which results in odour generation and colour changes and can have negative effects on the physical properties of the product. The TIPELIN 6300 B should be protected from contact with direct flames and other ignition sources.

Recycling

The product is suitable for recycling using modern methods of shredding and cleaning. In-house production waste should be kept clean to facilitate direct recy-cling.
